(2) Accompanying person fee includes the daily lunches, the congress dinner and the sightseeing tour with the snack-dinner inclded.

Payment of the congress fee is mandatory to complete the registration process entirely:

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation requests shall be addressed to cedya2024.inscrip@sema.org.es .

Registration fees will be refunded (minus a 60€ charge) if cancellation requests are received before 23rd May, 2024.

After 23rd May, 2024, no refunds will be processed and cancellation expenses will cost the 100% of the fee.
