(1) Membership in SeMA or SMAI will be verified directly with the society, and no additional documentation will be required.

(2) The accompanying person is entitled to meals for the five days of the conference and the event dinner.

(*) The student category includes students enrolled in undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs. To apply for this rate, it is necessary to send proof of enrollment to the following address: ehf2025@sema.org.es

The registration fee includes:

• Materials and documentation provided at the time of registration.
• Access to all courses and conferences of the school, as well as the poster session.
• Coffee during breaks between sessions.
• Meals during the conference days.
• The gala dinner.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be notified to the following address ehf2025@sema.org.es.

For requests received before 15/06/2025, the registration fee will be refunded, minus a 50€ processing fee.

After 30/06/2025, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the registration fee.
